Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TMEM25, or Transmembrane Protein 25, is a member of the membrane protein family associated with various physiological and pathological processes. Research has shown that TMEM25 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and membrane dynamics, impacting processes such as insulin secretion and neuronal function. Its expression is notably observed in pancreatic β-cells and certain neuronal populations, highlighting its potential involvement in metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. The functional characterization of TMEM25 is of significant interest to understand its molecular mechanisms and interactions within the cell membrane. Recombining the TMEM25 protein enables scientists to produce large quantities of this protein in a controlled environment, facilitating the study of its structure, function, and interactions with other cellular components. Furthermore, the recombinant TMEM25 can serve as a valuable tool for drug development and designing therapeutic strategies targeting conditions like diabetes and neurological disorders. Understanding the function and regulation of TMEM25 through recombinant techniques may lead to novel insights into its role in health and disease, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions.
