Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CBLL1, or CASK Binding Protein-like 1, is an emerging protein of interest in cellular signaling and neurobiology. It belongs to a family of proteins that interact with various scaffolding proteins, such as CASK, which play crucial roles in synaptic transmission and neuronal communication. Research has indicated that CBLL1 is involved in several physiological processes, including neuronal development, synapse formation, and the regulation of ion channels. Given the pivotal role of synaptic signaling in a range of neurological disorders, understanding the function of CBLL1 may provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for conditions such as autism spectrum disorders, schizophrenia, and neurodegenerative diseases. Recent studies have focused on the characterization of its structure and the identification of its interacting partners, which are essential for elucidating its biochemical pathways. Furthermore, the generation of recombinant CBLL1 protein is a vital step towards functional assays and high-throughput screening for small molecules that can modulate its activity. As research progresses, the role of CBLL1 in synapse biology and its implications for cognitive function and diseases continue to be areas of intense investigation in the field of molecular neuroscience.
