Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CBFA2T3, also known as Core Binding Factor Alpha 2 and Translocated 3, is a critical transcriptional regulator involved in hematopoiesis and osteogenesis. Its significance has gained attention due to its role as a gene fusion partner in various hematological malignancies, particularly acute myeloid leukemia (AML), where it often forms fusion proteins with other oncogenes. These fusion proteins can disrupt normal gene expression patterns and contribute to leukemogenesis, making CBFA2T3 a focal point of cancer research. Additionally, studies have revealed that CBFA2T3 is involved in the regulation of cell differentiation and development, emphasizing its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent advancements in structural biology, including elucidating the three-dimensional structure of the CBFA2T3 protein, have paved the way for the design of small-molecule inhibitors or modulators that could selectively interfere with its aberrant interactions in cancer. Understanding the functional properties and mechanisms of action of CBFA2T3 and its associated fusion proteins is crucial for developing targeted therapies, improving prognostic markers, and ultimately enhancing treatment options for patients suffering from related malignancies. As a result, ongoing research into CBFA2T3 focuses not only on its biological functions but also on its clinical implications in cancer biology and therapeutic strategies.
