Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CBFA2T2, also known as core-binding factor alpha 2-associated protein, is a crucial transcription factor that plays a significant role in hematopoiesis and the regulation of gene expression in various biological processes. Its dysregulation has been implicated in several hematological malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The study of CBFA2T2 recombinant proteins is essential to understand its functional mechanisms and interactions within signaling pathways. Research focuses on elucidating how CBFA2T2 influences cell differentiation and proliferation in blood cells, as well as its contribution to tumorigenesis when mutated or overexpressed. The ability to produce and analyze CBFA2T2 as a recombinant protein provides valuable insights into its structure-function relationships and potential as a therapeutic target. Efforts are ongoing to explore its role in the epigenetic regulation of gene expression and its interactions with other transcription factors and co-regulators. Understanding these mechanisms may facilitate the development of novel strategies for treating AML and other related disorders, highlighting the importance of CBFA2T2 in both fundamental biology and clinical applications.
