稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ACO2, or aconitase 2, has gained significant attention due to its pivotal role in the citric acid cycle, a critical pathway for cellular energy production. ACO2 is a mitochondrial enzyme that catalyzes the isomerization of citrate to isocitrate, facilitating efficient energy metabolism and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Beyond its enzymatic function, ACO2 has emerged as an important protein in cellular signaling and iron homeostasis; its activity is regulated by iron levels, linking metabolic processes with the cellular response to oxidative stress. Moreover, altered ACO2 expression and function have been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic syndromes, making it a potential biomarker for disease progression and a target for therapeutic interventions. Researchers have focused on producing recombinant ACO2 proteins to study their structure, function, and interactions in more detail, utilizing advanced techniques in molecular biology and biophysics. This research not only enhances our understanding of ACO2's biological roles but also contributes to the broader field of metabolic regulation and disease pathology, providing insights that could lead to novel treatment strategies.
