Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD8a, a crucial co-receptor found on cytotoxic T cells, plays a significant role in the immune response by aiding in the recognition and destruction of infected or cancerous cells. Research into CD8a recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential applications in immunotherapy and vaccine development. Understanding the structure and function of CD8a is essential for harnessing its capabilities in enhancing T cell responses. Recombinant CD8a proteins enable scientists to study the receptor's interactions with major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules and its downstream signaling pathways more effectively. This knowledge is pivotal for developing novel therapeutic strategies aimed at boosting the anti-tumor immunity and improving vaccine efficacy. Moreover, CD8a recombinant proteins can serve as valuable tools in preclinical models to evaluate new immune therapies and enhance our understanding of T cell biology. As research advances, CD8a and its recombinant variants have the potential to significantly impact the treatment of various malignancies and infectious diseases, highlighting the importance of continued investigation into this critical component of the immune system.
