Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C9orf39 is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 9 and has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. Research has revealed its involvement in cellular mechanisms such as neurodegeneration, with implications for conditions like amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and frontotemporal dementia (FTD). The gene is part of a larger family associated with RNA metabolism and regulation, suggesting that C9orf39 could play a crucial role in maintaining cellular function. Its expression is particularly notable in neural tissues, leading to hypotheses that variations in C9orf39 may contribute to the pathology of neurodegenerative disorders. The study of C9orf39 recombinant protein has gained momentum as researchers aim to better understand its structure-function relationship, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other cellular components. These investigations are crucial for deciphering the biological significance of C9orf39 and may pave the way for potential therapeutic strategies targeting its dysregulation in disease contexts. Moreover, given the gene's association with significant neurological manifestations, elucidating the roles and mechanisms of C9orf39 may offer insights into the underlying biological pathways that lead to neurodegeneration, ultimately contributing to the development of targeted interventions for affected individuals.
