Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Serpinb6b, a member of the serine protease inhibitor (serpin) family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in regulating various physiological and pathological processes. Initially identified in the context of immune response and inflammation, Serpinb6b is expressed in a variety of tissues, suggesting its involvement in multiple biological functions. Research indicates that Serpinb6b may play a crucial role in modulating protease activity in the extracellular environment, thus influencing cell signaling, tissue homeostasis, and immune responses. Abnormal expression of Serpinb6b has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders, highlighting its importance in disease mechanisms. The recombinant protein form of Serpinb6b has been developed to further investigate its functional properties and therapeutic potential. By expressing Serpinb6b in heterologous systems, researchers aim to elucidate its bioactivity, binding interactions, and overall contribution to cellular processes. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governing Serpinb6b's function could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting proteolytic pathways in various diseases. Moreover, given its multifaceted roles, Serpinb6b could serve as a valuable biomarker for disease progression or treatment response, thus reinforcing the significance of this protein in both basic and translational research. Overall, the study of Serpinb6b recombinant protein holds promise for enhancing our understanding of serpin family members and their implications in health and disease.
