Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RBM35B (RNA-binding motif protein 35B) is a member of the RNA-binding protein family, which is known to play essential roles in post-transcriptional gene regulation. Research into RBM35B has gained traction due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including splicing, translation, and RNA stability. It has been implicated in regulating genes associated with cell proliferation and differentiation, which suggests a potential role in developmental biology and cancer research. Recent studies have indicated that dysregulation of RBM35B may contribute to the progression of certain cancers, making it a target for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, the expression of RBM35B is influenced by a variety of cellular signals, which raises questions about its role in response to stress and the cellular microenvironment. As the understanding of RBM35B's functionality continues to evolve, characterizing its recombinant protein offers insights into its structural properties and interaction mechanisms. This can pave the way for potential applications in gene therapy, drug discovery, and the development of novel biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prognosis. Thus, investigating RBM35B and its recombinant protein is crucial for uncovering its physiological and pathological roles within the cellular context.
