  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

RBM35A, a member of the RNA-binding motif protein family, has emerged as a significant focus in the study of post-transcriptional regulation in cellular processes. This protein is known to play critical roles in RNA metabolism, including splicing, stability, and translation. Its dysregulation has been implicated in various human diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting the importance of RBM35A in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Recent research has also suggested that RBM35A can influence gene expression and cellular responses to stress by interacting with various RNA molecules and other proteins. Understanding the structure and function of RBM35A and its associated pathways could provide insights into its role in disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets. The study of recombinant RBM35A protein is crucial for elucidating its biochemical properties, interactions, and cellular functions, paving the way for advancements in targeted treatments and interventions. As a result, RBM35A presents a compelling subject for ongoing research aimed at understanding its relevance in health and disease.
