Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPS6KB1, also known as ribosomal protein S6 kinase beta-1, is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a critical role in the regulation of cell growth, proliferation, and survival. This protein is a key component of the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway, which integrates various extracellular signals to promote protein synthesis and cell anabolism. Dysregulation of RPS6KB1 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, obesity, and metabolic disorders. Research on RPS6KB1 is essential for understanding its functional mechanisms and its contributions to cellular processes. Additionally, the study of RPS6KB1 as a recombinant protein has various implications; it can facilitate drug development targeting the mTOR pathway and provide insights into therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with RPS6KB1 dysregulation. The recombinant expression of RPS6KB1 enables the examination of its structure, enzymatic activity, and interactions with downstream substrates, providing a basis for elucidating its role in pathophysiology and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Overall, the study of RPS6KB1 and its recombinant form is significant in the context of cellular biology and has far-reaching implications for medical research and treatment development.
