Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C8orf74, also known as Chromosome 8 Open Reading Frame 74, has garnered interest in the field of biomedical research due to its potential roles in various cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Located on chromosome 8, C8orf74 is believed to be involved in immune responses and may play a role in the regulation of gene expression. Preliminary studies suggest its expression levels may be altered in certain pathological conditions, including cancers and autoimmune disorders, indicating that it could be a valuable biomarker or therapeutic target. Researchers are investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying C8orf74’s function, particularly its interactions with other proteins and its involvement in signaling pathways. The recombinant protein studies of C8orf74 facilitate a deeper understanding of its biochemical properties, enabling a detailed exploration of its role in cellular dynamics. The production of C8orf74 as a recombinant protein allows for the assessment of its structural and functional attributes, paving the way for potential applications in diagnostics and targeted therapies. As research progresses, unraveling the complexities of C8orf74 may contribute significantly to our knowledge of molecular biology and provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies for diseases where C8orf74 dysregulation is implicated.
