Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SIRPB1A (Signal Regulatory Protein Beta 1A) is a member of the SIRP family of proteins, which primarily functions in the regulation of immune responses by modulating receptor signaling pathways. This protein plays a crucial role in the interactions between immune cells and other cell types, particularly in inhibiting phagocytosis and promoting self-tolerance. Research on SIRPB1A has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in autoimmune diseases, cancer, and transplant biology. The understanding of SIRPB1A functions and mechanisms could reveal novel therapeutic targets for enhancing immune responses against tumors or infectious agents, and for improving transplant acceptance. Recombinant SIRPB1A protein has been developed to facilitate studies on its biological activity and interactions, enabling researchers to dissect its role in immune modulation more effectively. By investigating the structural and functional properties of SIRPB1A, scientists aim to elucidate its signaling pathways and potential for clinical applications, thus contributing to advancements in immunotherapy and regenerative medicine.
