Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAPGEFL1 is a member of the Ras association family and plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cytoskeletal organization, and cell migration. It has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential involvement in cancer progression and other diseases. Research indicates that RAPGEFL1 is involved in regulating Rho GTPases, which are key players in diverse biological functions such as cell adhesion, motility, and proliferation. Abnormal expression or activity of RAPGEFL1 has been linked to tumorigenesis, highlighting its significance as a potential therapeutic target. Understanding the structure and function of RAPGEFL1 through the study of recombinant protein can provide valuable insights into its mechanism of action and its interactions with other molecular partners. This knowledge is essential for developing new strategies for drug discovery and targeted therapies aimed at modulating RAPGEFL1 activity in pathological conditions. Overall, investigating RAPGEFL1 and its recombinant protein serves as a promising avenue for elucidating the underlying mechanisms of its role in health and disease.
