Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C6orf4, also known as Chromosome 6 Open Reading Frame 4, has emerged as a protein of interest in various biomedical research contexts due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Initially characterized through genomic studies, C6orf4's function remains largely elusive, but emerging evidence suggests it may be involved in cell signaling, apoptosis, and immune responses. Moreover, studies have linked C6orf4 expression to cancer, indicating a possible role in tumorigenesis and metastasis. The recombinant expression of C6orf4 in heterologous systems has facilitated the study of its structural and functional properties, enabling researchers to investigate its interactions with other proteins and its influence on cellular pathways. Moreover, understanding the post-translational modifications of C6orf4, such as phosphorylation or glycosylation, is crucial as these modifications may significantly impact its activity and functionality. Recent advancements in proteomics and molecular biology tools have paved the way for detailed analyses of C6orf4, offering insights that could enhance our understanding of its biological significance. Thus, the study of C6orf4 recombinant protein not only contributes to the fundamental knowledge of this enigmatic protein but also holds potential implications for therapeutic strategies targeting related diseases.
