Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of recombinant YnaB protein is rooted in the broader context of understanding its function and implications in bacterial physiology and potential applications in biotechnology. YnaB, a protein found in various microbial species, is believed to play a role in stress responses and cellular signaling pathways. Research has indicated that YnaB may interact with key metabolites and influence essential processes such as biofilm formation and resistance to environmental stresses. The ability to produce recombinant YnaB in a laboratory setting allows scientists to explore its properties in detail, including its structure, enzymatic activity, and interaction with other macromolecules. By elucidating these characteristics, researchers aim to clarify the biological significance of YnaB, paving the way for potential applications in developing antimicrobial strategies or using YnaB as a biomarker for bacterial identification. Moreover, the production of YnaB in a controlled system enables high-throughput screening for inhibitors or modulators, which could have pharmaceutical implications. Overall, the investigation of recombinant YnaB protein is significant not only for enhancing our understanding of microbial life but also for exploring innovative avenues in medical and environmental biotechnology.
