Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the mppA recombinant protein has garnered significant interest in the field of microbiology and biotechnology due to its potential implications in understanding pathogenic mechanisms and developing novel therapeutic strategies. mppA, a gene derived from specific microbial pathogens, encodes a protein that may play a crucial role in bacterial virulence, influencing host-pathogen interactions. Researchers have been focusing on characterizing this protein to elucidate its biological functions, structure, and interactions within the host environment. The recombinant production of mppA allows for detailed investigation of its properties, enabling scientists to explore its role in disease mechanisms and assess its potential as a biomarker for infection. Additionally, understanding the biochemical pathways regulated by mppA could pave the way for innovative vaccine designs or antiviral agents aimed at mitigating bacterial infections. As antibiotic resistance becomes an escalating global concern, targeting specific virulence factors like mppA presents a promising avenue for the development of alternative therapeutic approaches. Thus, ongoing research on mppA recombinant protein is critical not only for basic scientific knowledge but also for practical applications in medicine and public health.
