Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB9B is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which play crucial roles in intracellular trafficking and organelle dynamics. This particular protein is predominantly involved in the transport of membrane proteins from the endosome to the trans-Golgi network. Disruption of RAB9B function has been implicated in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and certain cancers, making it a significant target for research. Recent studies have shown that RAB9B is essential for the proper maturation of lysosomes and the recycling of growth factor receptors, highlighting its role in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Additionally, RAB9B's interactions with other proteins and its regulatory mechanism have garnered interest in understanding its broader implications in cell signaling and developmental processes. Given the emerging connections between RAB9B dysfunction and disease pathogenesis, researchers are increasingly focused on elucidating the structure-function relationships of this protein, its regulatory pathways, and potential therapeutic targets. This growing interest aims to provide insights into the fundamental mechanisms of cellular transport and to explore the potential of RAB9B as a biomarker or therapeutic target in treating related disorders.
