Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB40B is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which are key regulators of intracellular vesicle trafficking. This protein has garnered research interest due to its implications in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, receptor recycling, and endocytosis. Studies have shown that RAB40B is involved in the regulation of several physiological functions, including cell proliferation and differentiation. Dysregulation of RAB proteins, including RAB40B, has been associated with various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The ability to study RAB40B through recombinant protein techniques allows researchers to explore its molecular mechanisms and interactions at a deeper level. By generating and purifying RAB40B in a controlled laboratory setting, scientists can elucidate its role in vesicle transport and investigate potential therapeutic targets that could mitigate the effects of diseases linked to its malfunction. The recombinant expression of RAB40B enables the study of its GTPase activity, protein-protein interactions, and influence on cellular signaling pathways, providing insights into its contribution to both normal physiology and pathophysiology. Thus, understanding RAB40B through its recombinant protein form is crucial for advancing our knowledge of cellular dynamics and for developing innovative strategies to address diseases related to its dysfunction.
