Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL1RAPL1 (Interleukin-1 Receptor Accessory Protein-Like 1) is a gene located on the X chromosome associated with various neurodevelopmental disorders, including intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorders. This protein plays a critical role in the immune response and is involved in the regulation of neuronal development and synaptic function. Studies have shown that mutations or deletions in the IL1RAPL1 gene can lead to significant neurological impairments, highlighting its importance in proper brain function. The interest in IL1RAPL1 recombinant protein stems from its potential as a biomarker for neurodevelopmental conditions and its role in therapeutic strategies. Research efforts focus on characterizing the protein's structure, function, and interactions within cellular pathways, as understanding these aspects could provide insights into the mechanisms underlying related disorders. Furthermore, the advancement of recombinant protein technology allows for the production of IL1RAPL1 in sufficient quantities, facilitating detailed studies on its effects in vitro and in vivo. Overall, ongoing research into IL1RAPL1 recombinant protein stands to contribute to a better understanding of its implications in neurodevelopment and potentially guide future interventions for associated disorders.
