Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM24, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) protein family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its multifaceted roles in cellular processes, including transcriptional regulation, oncogenesis, and cell differentiation. Emerging evidence suggests that TRIM24 functions as a coactivator of various nuclear receptors, impacting gene expression related to metabolic homeostasis and cancer progression. Its involvement in the transcriptional regulation of key oncogenes indicates that TRIM24 may act as a double-edged sword, functioning both as a tumor suppressor and an oncogene depending on the cellular context and interaction with other proteins. Additionally, TRIM24 is known to participate in chromatin remodeling and protein ubiquitination, further complicating its regulatory roles. Given its association with diverse pathological conditions, including various cancers and metabolic disorders, understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying TRIM24 function is critical for identifying potential therapeutic targets. Recent studies employing recombinant TRIM24 protein have begun to elucidate its precise interactions and functional consequences in cellular pathways, paving the way for novel insights into how its dysregulation may contribute to disease. The investigation of TRIM24's structure and activity through recombinant protein technology not only aids in clarifying its biological roles but also enhances our comprehension of its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in cancer and other diseases.
