稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRKCD, or Protein Kinase C Delta, is a member of the Protein Kinase C (PKC) family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research into PRKCD has gained attention due to its significant involvement in multiple physiological and pathological conditions, such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders. Unlike other PKC isoforms, PRKCD is unique in its response to diacylglycerol and has been implicated in the regulation of apoptotic pathways, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Studies have shown that PRKCD activity can influence tumor progression and survival, thus presenting a dual role as both a tumor suppressor and promoter depending on the cellular context. As such, investigating recombinant PRKCD proteins allows for a better understanding of its structure-function relationships and post-translational modifications, which are critical for its activation and regulation. This research is essential for developing targeted therapies and understanding the underlying molecular mechanisms of diseases associated with PRKCD dysregulation. Enhanced knowledge of PRKCD dynamics could pave the way for novel treatment strategies, emphasizing its importance in both basic and translational research.
