Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1orf124, also known as CEP63, is a gene that encodes a protein involved in various cellular processes, particularly in the context of cell division and centrosome function. Recent studies have highlighted its role in neuronal development and its potential implications in neurodevelopmental disorders. The protein is integral for the proper organization and functioning of centrosomes, which are critical for accurate chromosome segregation during mitosis. Mutations or dysregulation of C1orf124 have been linked to several pathologies, including cancer and ciliopathies. Given the growing interest in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions, recombinant C1orf124 protein has become a focus for research. The production and study of this protein can provide insights into its structural properties, functional roles, and interactions with other cellular components. Furthermore, investigating the recombinant form of C1orf124 allows researchers to explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in diseases associated with centrosome dysfunction. Overall, the study of C1orf124 recombinant protein is a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of cellular dynamics and developing novel strategies for disease intervention.
