稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD200R2, a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, is an important receptor that plays a significant role in modulating immune responses. It is primarily expressed on the surface of various immune cells, including myeloid cells and some lymphocyte subsets. The interaction between CD200R2 and its ligand, CD200, alters the activation and inhibition signals within the immune system, thereby influencing processes such as inflammation, autoimmunity, and tumor immunity. Research has shown that CD200R2 can negatively regulate immune responses, making it a critical factor in maintaining immune tolerance. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of CD200R2 signaling could provide insights into the development of novel therapeutic strategies for immune-related disorders, including cancer and autoimmune diseases. Consequently, the production and characterization of recombinant CD200R2 proteins have gained prominence, enabling detailed study of its biological functions and potential applications in immunotherapy. Advances in recombinant protein technology allow for the generation of functional CD200R2, facilitating further exploration of its role in immune modulation and paving the way for the development of targeted therapies that harness or disrupt its signaling pathways.
