Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB26, a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, plays a critical role in intracellular trafficking and membrane dynamics. These proteins are pivotal in regulating vesicle transport, influencing various cellular processes, including secretion, endocytosis, and lysosomal function. Recent studies have highlighted RAB26's unique expression pattern, particularly in muscle and neuronal tissues, suggesting a specialized function in these cell types. Dysregulation of RAB26 has been implicated in several pathophysiological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and muscle disorders. The study of recombinant RAB26 protein has gained momentum as researchers aim to elucidate its mechanistic role in cellular pathways and disease states. By producing and characterizing RAB26 in a laboratory setting, scientists are better able to explore its interactions with binding partners, regulatory factors, and its impact on cellular homeostasis. Understanding RAB26's function at a molecular level could provide insights into therapeutic targets for diseases associated with its dysfunction, thereby contributing to the development of novel treatment strategies. As research progresses, unraveling the complexities of RAB26's biological significance may yield important advances in cell biology and medicine.
