Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1orf114, also known as "chromosome 1 open reading frame 114," has emerged as a protein of interest in various biological studies due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Initially, its function was largely unknown, but recent research has indicated that C1orf114 is involved in critical pathways, including cell proliferation and differentiation. This protein has been linked to several pathological conditions, such as cancer, where it may influence tumor growth and progression. Moreover, investigations into its expression patterns have revealed that C1orf114 is differentially expressed in various tissues, suggesting that it may play significant roles in tissue-specific functions. The study of C1orf114 recombinant protein has gained traction as researchers aim to elucidate its structure-function relationship and interaction partners. For instance, recombinant forms of C1orf114 have been utilized in biochemical assays to study protein interactions and functional assays to determine its impact on cell signaling pathways. Understanding the biological significance of C1orf114 could potentially lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets, particularly in cancers where its dysregulation may contribute to disease. As such, ongoing research continues to explore C1orf114's role in biology and its implications in health and disease, highlighting the importance of this relatively less characterized protein in modern biomedical research.
