稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB25 is a member of the RAB GTPase family, which plays a critical role in the regulation of intracellular vesicular trafficking. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of RAB25 in various biological processes, such as cell proliferation, migration, and apoptosis, as well as its involvement in cancer pathogenesis, particularly in ovarian and breast cancers. Its expression is often correlated with advanced tumor stages and poorer patient prognosis, making it a potentially valuable biomarker and therapeutic target. To understand its functional mechanisms and roles in cellular processes, researchers have focused on generating recombinant RAB25 protein. The production of this protein allows for detailed biochemical studies to explore its interactions with effector proteins, signaling pathways, and its localization within different cellular compartments. By using advanced techniques such as crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy, scientists aim to elucidate the structural characteristics of RAB25, providing insights into its activation and regulatory mechanisms. Furthermore, the study of RAB25 in the context of cancer can contribute to the development of targeted therapies, offering new avenues for treatment in patients with RAB25-related malignancies. Overall, the research on recombinant RAB25 protein is critical for advancing our understanding of its biological role and potential implications in health and disease.
