Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TP63, a member of the p53 family of transcription factors, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including epithelial development, stem cell maintenance, and apoptosis regulation. Emerging evidence has highlighted its significance in cancer biology, particularly in squamous cell carcinomas, where dysregulation of TP63 has been associated with tumor progression and metastasis. Researchers have been investigating TP63's isoforms, particularly ΔNp63, which acts as an oncogene in many cancers, while TAp63 has been implicated in tumor suppression. The intricate balance between these isoforms is critical for understanding cellular differentiation and cancer pathogenesis. By studying TP63 recombinant proteins, scientists aim to elucidate the functional mechanisms underlying its role in normal physiology and disease states. This research is pivotal for developing targeted therapies and improving diagnostic strategies in cancers characterized by TP63 dysregulation.
