Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB19B is a member of the RAS-related protein family and plays a crucial role in intracellular vesicle trafficking, particularly in the transport and sorting of proteins within the cell. Research has shown that RAB proteins are essential for various cellular processes, including exocytosis, endocytosis, and the maintenance of cellular organelle integrity. Specifically, RAB19B has attracted attention due to its involvement in regulating the dynamics of endosomal and lysosomal compartments, which are vital for cellular homeostasis and response to external stimuli. Studies indicate that RAB19B may be implicated in cellular pathways linked to several diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant expression of RAB19B in various systems allows for the characterization of its functional properties and the investigation of its role in cellular processes. Insights gained from RAB19B protein studies can provide valuable information regarding the underlying mechanisms of disease and contribute to the development of novel treatment strategies aimed at modulating its function. The ongoing research into the structure-function relationship of RAB19B and its interaction with other cellular proteins is crucial for understanding its full significance in cell biology.
