  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

C1orf107, also known as KIAA1395, is a gene located on chromosome 1 that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. Research indicates that this protein may play a role in cellular functions such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its expression patterns have been linked to developmental processes and certain tumor types, suggesting a function in cancer biology. Moreover, studies have hinted at its involvement in lipid metabolism and potential associations with metabolic disorders. Despite the emerging data, the exact molecular mechanisms and pathways that C1orf107 influences remain largely unexplored. Therefore, recombinant C1orf107 protein has become a valuable tool for researchers aiming to unravel its biological roles and therapeutic potential. By producing this protein in vitro, scientists can conduct functional assays, study protein-protein interactions, and explore its effect on cellular processes. Understanding the function of C1orf107 may provide insights into new diagnostic markers or therapeutic targets for diseases where this gene is implicated, underscoring the significance of continued research into its properties and mechanisms.
