Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-4 receptor (IL4R) is a critical component of the immune system, primarily involved in mediating the effects of interleukin-4 (IL-4), a cytokine that plays a significant role in allergic responses and the modulation of immune function. The study of IL4R, particularly its recombinant protein forms, is crucial for understanding its structure, function, and potential therapeutic applications. Research has shown that IL4R is involved in various pathological conditions, including asthma, allergies, and certain cancers, making it an attractive target for drug development. The ability to produce recombinant IL4R allows for detailed investigations into its signaling pathways, interactions with ligands, and influence on immune cell differentiation. Moreover, these proteins can serve as valuable tools in the development of biomarker assays and therapeutics, such as monoclonal antibodies that can inhibit IL4R signaling, thereby offering new avenues for treatment. Furthermore, understanding the modulation of IL4R activity can lead to advancements in personalized medicine strategies for patients suffering from immune-related diseases. Overall, the research into IL4R recombinant proteins is a pivotal area of study that bridges fundamental biology with clinical applications, aiming to enhance our understanding of immune regulation and improve strategies for managing allergic and inflammatory diseases.
