Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB11FIP2, a member of the RAB11 family interacting protein (FIP) family, plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of endosomal trafficking and recycling. As an essential adapter protein, RAB11FIP2 interacts with RAB11, a small GTPase known for its involvement in the recycling of membrane proteins from endosomes back to the plasma membrane. The dysregulation of these trafficking pathways has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making RAB11FIP2 a significant focus of research. Recent studies have highlighted its potential role in modulating cellular signaling pathways and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Recombinant RAB11FIP2 protein production allows for detailed investigations into its structural properties, interaction with RAB proteins, and functional roles in cellular processes. By elucidating the mechanisms through which RAB11FIP2 operates, researchers aim to better understand its contributions to health and disease, potentially identifying new therapeutic targets. Overall, the study of RAB11FIP2 as a recombinant protein offers valuable insights into intracellular trafficking mechanisms and their implications in disease pathology.
