Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TMEM141 (Transmembrane Protein 141) is a relatively understudied protein that has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes such as autophagy, endosomal sorting, and the regulation of protein trafficking. Research has suggested that TMEM141 may be involved in disease mechanisms, particularly in certain types of cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, although the precise functions and molecular pathways of TMEM141 remain unclear. The study of recombinant TMEM141 protein is crucial for elucidating its structure-function relationships and biological roles. By producing recombinant TMEM141, researchers aim to investigate its interactions with other cellular components, explore its intracellular localization, and determine its impact on various cellular processes. Understanding TMEM141's functions could provide insights into its contributions to cellular homeostasis and disease pathology. As such, recombinant TMEM141 serves as a valuable tool for advancing our knowledge of this protein and exploring potential therapeutic targets in related diseases.
