Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PWP1, or P53-associated protein with a molecular weight of 1, is a protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, particularly in the context of cancer biology and cellular stress responses. It is primarily associated with the regulation of the tumor suppressor protein p53, which is crucial for cell cycle control, DNA repair, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of p53 pathways is a hallmark of many cancers, making PWP1 a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Research into PWP1-recombinant proteins has gained momentum as scientists seek to understand its molecular mechanisms and interactions. By producing PWP1 in a recombinant form, researchers can investigate its structural and functional properties, analyze its role in the p53 signaling pathway, and explore its potential as a biomarker for cancer progression or as a novel target for drug development. Understanding the biochemistry of PWP1 may also provide insights into its involvement in other cellular processes, including differentiation and response to oxidative stress. The ongoing study of PWP1 not only enhances our fundamental understanding of cancer biology but also opens avenues for innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at restoring normal p53 function and preventing tumorigenesis.
