Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLEC13A (C-type lectin domain family 13 member A) is a protein encoded by the CLEC13A gene, belonging to the C-type lectin receptor family, which plays crucial roles in immune responses and pathogen recognition. Research into CLEC13A has gained prominence due to its potential involvement in various biological processes, including inflammation, immune modulation, and tumor biology. Studies have indicated that CLEC13A may interact with specific ligands, leading to the activation of signaling pathways that influence immune cell functions. Its expression patterns in different tissues and its role in disease contexts, such as autoimmune disorders, infections, and cancers, are actively being explored. Given its functional significance, CLEC13A has emerged as a target for therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating immune responses. The production of recombinant CLEC13A protein facilitates detailed studies of its structure-function relationships and interactions with other biomolecules, providing insights that could pave the way for innovative approaches in immunotherapy and vaccine development. Overall, the investigation into CLEC13A and its recombinant variants continues to illuminate its potential roles as a biomarker and therapeutic target in various diseases.
