Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SNX20 (Sorting Nexin 20) is a member of the sorting nexin family, which plays a crucial role in endosomal trafficking and cellular signaling. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of SNX20 in various physiological processes, including receptor recycling, lipid metabolism, and the regulation of intracellular signaling pathways. Dysregulation of SNX20 has been implicated in several diseases, particularly in cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a potential therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of SNX20 protein allows researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships and functional roles in cellular contexts. By producing and purifying SNX20 in a heterologous expression system, scientists can conduct detailed biochemical assays and structural analyses to better understand its interactions with other cellular components. This research not only enhances our understanding of SNX20’s biological functions but also aids in exploring potential interventions for diseases associated with its dysfunction. Overall, the study of recombinant SNX20 protein is vital in unraveling the complexities of cellular sorting mechanisms and their impacts on health and disease.
