Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C17orf79, also known as Chromosome 17 Open Reading Frame 79, is a relatively uncharacterized protein encoded by the human genome, located on chromosome 17. Recent studies have highlighted its potential roles in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, suggesting its involvement in pathophysiological conditions such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. The lack of detailed functional analysis necessitates the production of recombinant C17orf79 protein to facilitate further research. Recombinant protein expression can enable the elucidation of its structural properties, interactions with other cellular components, and post-translational modifications. Additionally, the study of this protein might contribute to understanding its biological significance and potential therapeutic implications. Research efforts are focused on optimizing expression systems for high-yield production of C17orf79, followed by purification protocols to obtain biologically active protein. Subsequent functional assays and biochemical analyses will help unravel its specific roles and mechanisms of action in human health and disease. The exploration of C17orf79 may ultimately provide insights into novel molecular pathways and therapeutic targets.
