Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDH3, or Cadherin 3, is a member of the cadherin family of proteins, which are crucial for cell-cell adhesion and are involved in the maintenance of tissue architecture and integrity. Abnormal expression or function of CDH3 has been linked to various cancers, including breast and prostate cancer, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Research into recombinant CDH3 proteins has gained momentum due to their potential applications in both basic research and clinical settings. These recombinant proteins can be utilized to explore the structural and functional aspects of CDH3, providing insights into its role in cellular adhesion, signaling pathways, and tumor progression. Moreover, the characterization of CDH3 recombinants aids in the development of novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for cancers where CDH3 is implicated. Understanding the mechanisms underlying CDH3's role in cancer biology is essential for the exploration of targeted therapies, as modulation of its expression or function could lead to improved therapeutic outcomes. As such, the study of CDH3 recombinant proteins not only contributes to our comprehension of cadherin family dynamics but also holds promise for advancing cancer treatment strategies.
