Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTCD3, or Pseudouridine Synthase and Catalytic Domain 3, has garnered attention in recent years due to its significant role in RNA metabolism and regulation. It is primarily recognized for its implications in mitochondrial function and its involvement in the synthesis of pseudouridine, a modified nucleotide that influences RNA stability and translation efficiency. Given the critical functions of PTCD3 in cellular processes and its association with various diseases, including cancer and mitochondrial disorders, researchers are keen to understand its structural and functional properties. The exploration of PTCD3 recombinant protein is particularly valuable for elucidating its enzymatic mechanisms, substrate specificity, and potential interaction partners. By generating a recombinantly expressed PTCD3 protein, scientists aim to conduct in vitro assays that will provide insights into its biochemical pathways and regulatory functions. Additionally, investigating the consequences of PTCD3 dysregulation on cellular health can unveil novel therapeutic targets. Overall, the study of PTCD3 recombinant protein is positioned at the intersection of molecular biology and medical research, offering a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of RNA biology and its implications in human health.
