Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR3) is a key receptor in the vascular system, primarily involved in lymphangiogenesis, the formation of lymphatic vessels. It binds to its ligands, VEGF-C and VEGF-D, and plays an essential role in regulating lymphatic endothelial cell function and development. Research into VEGFR3 has gained momentum due to its implications in various physiological and pathological processes, including tumor metastasis, inflammation, and lymphatic diseases. Dysregulation of VEGFR3 signaling is associated with several diseases, including cancer, where it can promote tumor growth and spread by enhancing lymphatic vessel formation. Thus, the production of recombinant VEGFR3 proteins for in-depth studies has become a priority in biomedical research. These recombinant proteins facilitate the elucidation of its structural and functional characteristics, enable high-throughput screening for potential therapeutic agents, and aid in the development of VEGFR3-targeted therapies. By understanding VEGFR3 interactions at the molecular level, researchers aim to develop innovative strategies for managing diseases where targeted therapies could offer improved outcomes. This growing interest emphasizes the significance of VEGFR3 in both normal physiology and as a therapeutic target, making it a focal point for developing novel interventions in various diseases.
