稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRRC1 (Proline-rich coiled-coil 1) is a protein that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and invasion, particularly in cancer biology. Research has shown that PRRC1 is involved in the regulation of gene expression and the assembly of protein complexes, making it a crucial player in cell signaling pathways. Interestingly, alterations in PRRC1 expression have been linked to several types of cancers, suggesting that it may serve as a biomarker for cancer progression and a possible target for therapeutic intervention. Recombination and expression studies of PRRC1 are particularly significant, as they facilitate the investigation of its functional roles and interactions at the molecular level. Understanding PRRC1’s structure and function is essential for elucidating its contributions to disease processes and could lead to novel strategies for diagnosis and treatment. As researchers continue to explore the mechanisms by which PRRC1 influences cellular functions, its reconfigured protein forms may offer new insights into targeted therapies, highlighting the importance of this protein in the broader context of cellular regulation and cancer research.
