Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 (STAT3) is a critical transcription factor involved in various cellular processes, including proliferation, survival, and differentiation. Its aberrant activation is commonly associated with numerous malignancies, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory diseases, marking it as a potential therapeutic target. The study of recombinant STAT3 proteins has gained significant attention due to their important role in understanding STAT3 signaling pathways and their implications in disease mechanisms. By employing techniques such as molecular cloning and protein expression systems, researchers can produce and purify recombinant STAT3, allowing for detailed characterization of its structure and function. This enables investigations into the regulatory mechanisms governing STAT3 activation and its interactions with other signaling molecules. Furthermore, recombinant STAT3 proteins are invaluable in drug screening assays aimed at identifying small molecules or biologics that can inhibit STAT3 activity, thereby offering promising avenues for cancer therapy and treatment of other STAT3-related conditions. Additionally, studies involving these recombinant proteins have facilitated the development of novel STAT3 inhibitors and therapeutic strategies, highlighting their potential in clinical applications. Overall, research on STAT3 recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of STAT3's biological roles but also paves the way for innovative therapeutic interventions targeting its dysregulation in various diseases.
