Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAF1, also known as Raf-1, is a pivotal protein kinase in the RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. This signaling cascade is fundamental in various biological processes, and dysregulation often leads to oncogenesis, making RAF1 a significant focus in cancer research. Mutations in RAF1 can lead to constitutive activation of the pathway, contributing to the development of several malignancies such as melanoma and other solid tumors. The study of RAF1 recombinant proteins has gained momentum as researchers aim to understand its structure-function relationship, regulatory mechanisms, and interactions with other signaling molecules. The expression and purification of RAF1 recombinant proteins allow for detailed biochemical assays and structural analyses, facilitating the exploration of its enzymatic activity and potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, understanding RAF1's role in cellular signaling may lead to the development of novel inhibitors that could mitigate the effects of aberrant RAF1 activity in cancerous cells. Overall, the investigation of RAF1 recombinant proteins is vital for elucidating the complexities of signal transduction pathways and developing targeted therapies for conditions associated with RAF1 dysregulation.
