Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAE1 (RNA-associated endoplasmic reticulum protein 1) is a key player in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and immune responses. Its significance emerged from studies linking RAE1 to the regulation of cellular stress responses, particularly in the context of viral infections and oncogenic transformations. Research has shown that RAE1 is involved in the regulation of the NKG2D ligands, which play a crucial role in the activation of natural killer (NK) cells and T cells, thereby impacting immune surveillance and tumor immunology. Moreover, aberrant expression of RAE1 has been associated with various malignancies, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment. The exploration of RAE1 as a recombinant protein has gained momentum, as understanding its structure and function can reveal insights into its role in modulating immune responses. This offers promising avenues for therapeutic interventions targeting cancer and viral infections. Scientists are increasingly interested in characterizing RAE1’s molecular interactions and pathways to harness its potential in immunotherapy and vaccine development. Overall, research on RAE1 recombinant proteins holds significant promise for advancing our understanding of its mechanistic role in cellular stress and immune modulation, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies in oncology and infectious diseases.
