Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The PRTN3 (proteinase 3) recombinant protein has gained significant attention in biomedical research due to its critical role in various physiological and pathological processes. PRTN3, primarily expressed in neutrophils, is a member of the serine protease family and is implicated in the immune response, inflammation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of PRTN3 has been associated with several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and certain types of cancer, making it an attractive target for therapeutic intervention and biomarker development. Researchers have increasingly focused on producing recombinant PRTN3 protein to study its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and its potential as a therapeutical agent. Techniques such as recombinant DNA technology and protein expression systems enable the large-scale production of PRTN3, facilitating in vitro and in vivo studies. Investigations into the structure-function relationship of PRTN3 are crucial for understanding its specific mechanisms and functions in immune regulation. Furthermore, the availability of recombinant PRTN3 provides opportunities for high-throughput screening of inhibitors or modulators, paving the way for novel treatment strategies aimed at modulating immune responses in various disease contexts. As research progresses, a deeper understanding of PRTN3's roles will contribute to the development of targeted therapies and improved clinical outcomes for patients affected by PRTN3-related conditions.
