Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPM1B, a member of the protein phosphatase 2C (PP2C) family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes by regulating protein phosphorylation. Its regulatory function is particularly significant in cell signaling pathways, where it serves to maintain protein homeostasis and modulate responses to stressors. Dysregulation of PPM1B has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where it can influence tumor growth and progression by affecting pathways like the MAPK and PI3K/Akt signaling cascades. The study of recombinant PPM1B protein is essential for understanding its biochemical properties, substrate specificity, and interaction with other signaling molecules. Through recombinant expression systems, researchers can produce ample quantities of PPM1B for functional assays, structural analyses, and potential therapeutic targeting. Investigating this protein facilitates the exploration of its role in pathophysiology and may uncover novel strategies for intervention in diseases associated with aberrant phosphatase activity. Overall, PPM1B remains a promising target for both basic research and drug development, emphasizing the need for detailed studies on its functional dynamics in cellular contexts.
