Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POLR3K, a subunit of RNA polymerase III, is crucial for the transcription of small non-coding RNAs, including tRNAs and 5S rRNA, which are essential for protein synthesis and cellular function. Recent studies have suggested that POLR3K also plays a significant role in various cellular processes beyond transcription, such as regulation of gene expression, cell proliferation, and differentiation. Abnormalities in POLR3K expression or function have been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurodevelopmental disorders. As a result, the recombinant expression and characterization of POLR3K have gained considerable attention in molecular biology and biomedical research. Understanding the structural and functional properties of this protein can provide insights into its mechanisms of action and regulatory roles in cellular physiology. Additionally, recombinant POLR3K may serve as a valuable tool for studying RNA polymerase III activity and for developing potential therapeutic strategies targeting its pathways. Researchers are investigating ways to produce POLR3K in various expression systems to facilitate functional studies and potentially explore its interactions with other proteins within the transcriptional machinery. This growing interest highlights the importance of POLR3K in both fundamental biological research and its relevance to human health and disease.
