Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ETS1 is a transcription factor belonging to the ETS (E26 transformation-specific) family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its dysfunction is associated with several diseases, particularly cancer, making it a significant target for therapeutic research. The ETS1 protein contains a highly conserved DNA-binding domain that enables it to regulate gene expression by binding to specific promoter regions. Recent studies have indicated that ETS1 not only influences tumor progression but also modulates the immune response, highlighting its importance in both cancer biology and immunology. Given the complexity of ETS1's regulatory mechanisms, researchers have focused on the structural and functional characterization of ETS1 recombinant proteins to elucidate its interactions with other proteins and nucleic acids. This research involves various techniques, such as protein crystallography and binding assays, to determine the three-dimensional structure of ETS1, providing insights into its function in vivo. Understanding the biological role and interactions of ETS1 is pivotal for developing targeted therapies, as it offers opportunities to manipulate its activity in disease contexts. Overall, the study of ETS1 recombinant proteins is essential for unraveling the molecular underpinnings of its function and exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in oncology and immunology.
