Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANXA10, or Annexin A10, is a member of the annexin protein family, which is known for its role in various cellular processes, including membrane dynamics, cell signaling, and apoptosis. The research on ANXA10 has gained interest due to its potential implications in cancer biology and inflammation. It is believed that ANXA10 may play a role in tumor progression and metastasis, making it a candidate for diagnostic and therapeutic targets. Additionally, studies have shown that ANXA10 is involved in the regulation of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding, which is essential for various cellular functions. Its expression patterns have been linked to different types of cancers, such as colorectal cancer, where altered levels of ANXA10 could serve as a biomarker for disease progression or prognosis. Understanding the detailed mechanisms by which ANXA10 operates and its interactions with other molecular players in the cell could provide insights into its function in health and disease. Thus, the study of ANXA10 recombinant protein is crucial for elucidating its biological roles, exploring its potential as a therapeutic target, and developing innovative strategies for cancer treatment and diagnostics. The production and characterization of ANXA10 recombinant protein can facilitate research into its structure-function relationships, allowing for a deeper understanding of its involvement in cellular pathways and its potential applications in clinical settings.
