Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-7 (IL-7) is a crucial cytokine that plays a significant role in the development and homeostasis of T and B lymphocytes, making it a key player in the immune system. Its functions are primarily mediated through the IL-7 receptor (IL-7R), and it is essential for lymphocyte survival, proliferation, and differentiation. Research on recombinant IL-7 proteins has gained momentum due to their potential therapeutic applications in various immunological disorders, including autoimmune diseases, cancer, and immunodeficiencies. The ability of IL-7 to enhance T-cell responses makes it a promising candidate for cancer immunotherapy and vaccine development, particularly in enhancing the immune system's ability to recognize and combat tumors. Additionally, recombinant IL-7 has shown promise in restoring immune function in individuals with HIV and in improving the efficacy of treatments for hematological malignancies. Studies have focused on optimizing recombinant protein production, enhancing stability, and evaluating its biological activity in preclinical and clinical settings. The ongoing exploration of IL-7's role in immune regulation and its therapeutic potential underscores the importance of this cytokine in advancing immunological research and developing novel treatment strategies for various diseases.
